Life itself can be very stressful! Our relationships, our jobs, school, our finances, and everything in between, all of which can have an adverse affect on our overall health. Yoga and meditation are ancient practices that have proven to help people live a balanced life due to the many health benefits they offer. By combining these two practices, we are able to become grounded in who we are and what our purpose is. We decrease the chances of contracting disease within our bodies, and we can train our mind to see things more clearly.
As a Revitalization Coach, I teach people the benefits of integrating yoga and meditation into their daily lives. I teach breathing techniques, such as pranayama breathing, and how connecting to our breath greatly reduces stress and improves our overall health. Through the practice of Hatha yoga, I teach various postures selected to help the body release toxins, provide relief to various aches and pains, and strengthen and tone the body leaving the particpant feeling relaxed, fit and healthy.
I offer my services to a wide range of clients, all of whom can benefit from revitalizing their mind, body and spirit.
