Revitalization Training for Organizations

This training offers a holistic approach to revitalize and motivate employees by acknowledging the significance of their independent roles which are a crucial component to the success of the organization in which they work.

It breaks down the mind, body and soul of an organization and how the interconnectedness of each part work together to achieve optimum performance and maximum results. It places a unique perspective on how the health and well-being of any organization is dependent upon the health and well-being of the people who work for it.
This training is great for corporations with a large sales force, non-profits who heavily rely on fundraising to support their organizations’ cause, for health and human service professionals and for customer service workers.
A Training & Retreat All In One
Participants of this three hour training will enjoy the many benefits of the practices of meditation and yoga. They will feel revitalized, relaxed and relieved of stress as they are lead into a series of gentle asanas. It will feel as though they have had a mini retreat!
This training will also teach support group facilitators the many benefits of these ancient practices and how to conduct guided meditations and restorative yoga poses to group participants. Such poses will benefit those who suffer with crippling emotions i.e., fear, doubt, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. Participants will become empowered as their "inner warrior" surfaces and as they relax into child's pose.
This training is for support group facilitators, counselors and health and human service providers with clients dealing with critical life issues.

"When women have issues with healing and recovery after an abusive relationship, they are encouraged to look everywhere except within. We want to teach women how to connect with their internal resources – through present moment awareness, meditation, and mindfulness. So instead of trying to mask or numb the emotional pain, she will have the tools to manage them."
