Our S.O.D.A. Shops Are.....

 

​For women who have survived an abusive relationship and is ready to take the necessary steps to rebuild her life, revitalize her spirit and renew her sense of self.

empowering

 

Curriculums such as The Life Enhancement Course, Reconditioning the Mind, Body & Spirit, will be used to empower women into making positive changes in their lives.  Course topics include but are not limited to:

Healthy Relationships, Spirituality, Transformation and Self-Sufficiency. 

 

Yoga, Tai Chi and Reiki classes will be offered "Free" by Certified Instructors.

Dynamic speakers will motivate and inspire women as they participate in affirming excercises, create vision boards, and participate in discussions relevant to rebuilding a life free of abuse.  Such discussions will include starting a business, returning to school or strategies to building a solid career.

educational

 

Women Professionals will provide free information ranging from legal, housing, financial planning, health and human services, education and employment training.  

 

Classes for youth on teen dating violence will be offered to youth organizations and schools.

Our Ambassadors Are...

Facilitators

 

S.O.D.A. Ambassadors facilitate the workshops which include inviting special guest speakers, trainers and instructors  to offer their expertise in the areas of mind, body and spirit strenthening and healing. 

Revitalization Coaches

 

S.O.D.A. Revitalization Coaches helps promote positive change by aiding women in developing a roadmap to lead them to living a successful life. Our Coaches offer guidance and support while motivating and inspiring the woman to follow through with her goals, dreams and aspirations.  

Educators & Trainers

 

S.O.D.A.  Ambassadors hold many types of certifications, formal degrees and specialized training that collectively cover a broad spectrum of topics that are relevant to helping women rebuild their lives.
